Location: Los Angeles, CA 90071 (HYBRID 2-3 days ONSITE)
Duration: 5 month+ Contract
Compensation: $70-85/hr

Job Description:

Develop front-end components and templates within Adobe Experience Manager using HTL (Adobe’s templating language), CSS and JavaScript
Plan, Design, Develop, Enhance, Test and Support Bank’s websites on AEM stack
Communicate and collaborate with Senior Developers and Marketing Technology team
Optimize Websites for Performance and SEO
Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment
Responsible for front-end styling of AEM components to match provided design documents (Sketch, Photoshop, etc) from business owners or agencies utilizing sightly, CSS(LESS), HTML5, JavaScript
Develop all code changes and coordinate with lead backend developer for migration of changes through development, staging and production environments
Develop, test and optimize websites for mobile responsiveness
Utilize the Java Selenium framework for automation testing to ensure the reliability and performance of AEM applications.
Write and execute JUnit tests for unit and integration testing, ensuring code quality and functionality

Job Requirements:

3+ years in enterprise web development for major public-facing web site. (Candidate must have prior experience intranet/internet web sites development).
1+ year of hands on experience with Day CQ5 / Adobe Experience Manager development
Experience working with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, HTML5, CSS, LESS or SASS and related front-end technologies
Expert in Responsive web design
Proficient in JavaScript and JavaScript libraries with JQuery
Basic knowledge of latest JavaScript frameworks with Angular & React
Good interpersonal skills
Experience with web services
Excellent troubleshooting and solution-creation skills;
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Ability to work at a fast pace and within deadlines
Experience with Java and understanding of Apache Maven, a plus
Knowledge of modern web development practices such as Git and understanding of Continuous Integration/Deployment/Delivery practices tools and process.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar engineering field
Minimum 6 years of experience in AEM web development for major public facing site
