This individual will be required to take on all the demands for the business and do the development to meet the demands

This person will take up these responsibilities that will involve changes of the platform
Developer needs to be able to understand how development works within each of the modules that are a part of the service now platform

Everything that is on this platform is 100% integrated. If they are making changes on one module, they need to understand how those changes will affect other modules.
