About the Team The Marketing team’s mission at Clari is to lead the company and the market by defining and dominating our category. Our team’s purview spans all things marketing – product marketing, demand gen, content, events, brand, AR/PR, ops – as well as our outbound engine, competitive, enablement, and value engineering. We’re responsible not just for creating high-velocity pipeline, but also the programs and trainings that help turn pipeline into revenue.
About the Role We are looking for a Senior Manager, Website Marketing to spearhead our global web strategy and presence. Our ideal candidate is an experienced B2B or B2C SaaS website leader who is a blend of web expert, data-driven marketer, growth hacker, and expert project manager.
In this role, you will lead the web strategy and performance execution with a dedicated team and budget. You will be responsible for creating and executing our organic web strategy. You will bring rigor and business acumen to metrics and reporting to demonstrate the value and impact of our digital marketing programs as they pertain to our web presence and will continuously identify opportunities to improve the website experience and conversions. You will work closely with growth marketing, product marketing, content producers, corporate communications, designers, marketing operations and agencies to proactively prioritize and execute new web projects.
This role is perfect for those who can run an end-to-end web team focused on performance. Web is Clari’s primary channel and as a result is the center of many new ideas and experiments from all parts of the business.
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.
Responsibilities Web Strategy – Define and champion a comprehensive strategy for leveraging the website as a key driver for pipeline generation, conversion, and increased ARR
Performance Orientation – Clearly understand site performance, analyze trends, business results, and use this data to develop new actions to improve performance
Brand Building – Create a strong online presence for Clari that fuels our growth, builds the brand, and educates and guides visitors at all stages of the decision-making cycle
Project Management – Construct and execute a roadmap for web projects, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization based on impact. Establish efficient processes that keep the business informed of project outcomes
Agency Management – Manage external agencies and service providers to support web projects as needed
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Growth Marketing, Content Marketing, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, and external agencies. Align web strategies with key business initiatives, delivering data-driven solutions to meet diverse stakeholder needs
Marketing Ops Collaboration – Collaborate with Marketing Ops to optimize the website for an enhanced user experience and demand generation. Utilize A/B and user testing, personalization, ABM, and CRO strategies to achieve measurable improvements
CMS Ownership – Take the reins of Clari’s CMS, overseeing the creation of new web pages and implementing changes as required to keep content fresh and engaging
SEO – Oversee our SEO strategy and performance initiatives to increase website traffic globally. Share comprehensive website and SEO growth metrics to showcase success
Tech Stack Optimization – Manage and optimize a cutting-edge website tech stack. Conduct RFPs, evaluate tech options, and handle contract renewals to ensure a best-in-class toolkit
Innovative Initiatives – Pioneer new initiatives leveraging intent data sources, ChatGPT-enabled tools, and integrating buyer portals to enhance overall performance
Team Leadership – Lead and manage a dynamic team consisting of a website developer and SEO specialist, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving team success
Qualifications 6+ years of B2B or B2C website marketing or website optimization experience
Proven ability to lead website engagement and conversion strategies as well as implement tactical requirements
Experience effectively leading and managing a team
Understanding of SEO and information architecture
Experience managing external resource relationships (agency or contractor)
Evidence of ability to evaluate and utilize the latest web best practices & technology
Strong analytical, growth marketing mindset with strong affinity for data analysis & insights
Excellent ability to drive qualitative and quantitative research, testing, and analysis, synthesize actionable insights and present clear recommendations
Service-oriented with outstanding problem-solving and project management skills
Hands-on website CMS management
Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce, etc. is ideal
Familiarity with web optimization technologies such as VWO and Contentsquare is ideal
Self-motivated individual with a high level of enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and a sense of urgency to deliver remarkable results
Experience at a SaaS company preferred

It is Clari’s intent to pay all Clarians competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The goal of Clari’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay and grow at Clari.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.
The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $225,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends. #BI-Remote #LI-Remote
