- Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud administration.

- Experience in reporting and analytics.
- Experience with Salesforce certifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance existing CMS to support marketing-based messaging in addition to transactional messages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Responsible for managing the Salesforce environment.
- Responsible in creating forms and signature processes.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Document processes and build a manual.
- Manage leads, calendars, and contact automation.
