We are seeking an IT/Cyber Program Management to provide comprehensive task management support for a critical federal contract. This role involves project control, contract administration, and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing meetings, producing detailed reports, and maintaining high standards for security and documentation processes. Key Responsibilities- Task Management & Program Support: Provide program management, project control, and contract administration. Attend a kickoff meeting within ten (10) days of contract award. Develop a kickoff briefing agenda and deliver an electronic copy to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) prior to the meeting. Record minutes and action items from the kickoff meeting. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit Monthly Status Reports (MSR) detailing staffing, monthly progress, procurement, and financial data. Include a Financial Status Report (FSR) in the MSR with cumulative costs, labor hours, and estimated completion (EAC) updates. Deliver weekly Task Status Reports, highlighting completed milestones, potential issues, and variance from planned schedules. Document and update process flows and procedures through configuration management to reflect program changes. Meeting Coordination: Participate in all required meetings, providing minutes and action items within two (2) business days. Coordinate weekly and ad-hoc meetings, including with multiple contractors, to discuss IT services and resolve outstanding issues. Attend Monthly Program Management Review (PMR) meetings to discuss financial and performance metrics. Process and Procedures Development: Assist in developing comprehensive process documentation, identifying and documenting workflows, and supporting change management processes. Facilitate gap analysis to identify process improvements, document action items, and support metric reports creation. Staffing and Security Compliance: Ensure personnel meet security requirements, with a mandatory Top Secret (TS) clearance. Maintain records of staff certifications and professional accreditations relevant to their expertise. Minimum Qualifications- Clearance: Top Secret (TS) clearance (mandatory). Experience: Demonstrated experience in program/project management support within a government or contractor setting. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools; strong attention to detail in documentation. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively document meetings and communicate with stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification. Experience supporting federal or government contracts. Knowledge of configuration management and change control processes. Familiarity with government reporting structures, financial reporting, and program management reviews.
