Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer / E-Commerce IT Engineer at Lucky 21, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining our IT systems that support e-commerce operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize production support, and contribute to building new solutions that align with our evolving business needs. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work alongside a dedicated developer in a dynamic environment, ensuring seamless workflow and reliable technology infrastructure to support our fast-growing business.
Primary Objectives:
• Manage and oversee our cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring optimal security and stability.
• Actively develop, troubleshoot, and maintain our custom PHP ERP software for integrations with Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to address priority issues, balancing new development with critical production fixes.
• Identify and drive improvements in system performance, user experience, and team productivity.
Regular Work Activities:
• Develop and maintain backend systems, including ERP, database management, and API integrations for multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Tackle support issues as they arise, working closely with the IT team to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and drive technical solutions that align with company objectives.
• Participate in team meetings and provide clear updates on project progress and any challenges faced.
• Document all development work and updates for system transparency and future reference.

• Effective management and swift resolution of production issues with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Successful implementation of new features and system improvements aligned with business needs.

Required Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Laravel and Vue.js frameworks for backend and frontend development.
• Strong expertise with AWS Managed Services and secure cloud server environments.
• Advanced skills in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and JSON.
• Experience with SQL and API integrations, particularly Amazon SP-API and Walmart Marketplace integrations.
• Background in ERP systems, data warehousing, and web architecture to support business growth.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Zendesk API, Feedvisor, and Visual Retail Plus for data reporting and support tasks.
• Understanding of e-commerce and marketplace-specific technical requirements.
• Ability to work effectively within structured, team-based coding environments, following safe coding practices.

Technology Stack:
Our systems are built on a robust PHP and MVC framework, leveraging AWS-managed servers, SQL databases, Zendesk for task management, and VRP for inventory control. Familiarity with this technology stack will be essential to effectively contribute to and maintain our growing infrastructure.
Work Environment:
This role is primarily in-house, based at our Roselle, NJ headquarters, to enable close collaboration with the Project Manager, fellow developers, and cross-functional teams.
