IAM OPs Job Description:

This position facilitates Identity and Access Management (IAM), including access provisioning, deprovisioning for systems, data and business-critical applications. The IAM Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that customer access requests are completed in accordance to established SLA’s, provide second level technical support, operate efficiently in a team setting and ensure access is managed appropriately based on IAM best practices.

• Previous hands-on experience with identity, authentication methods and security concepts.
• Knowledge preferred of IAM related software and tools including Microsoft Active Directory and Service Now.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Technical background preferred with experience or education.
