Job Title: D365 CRM Developer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused D365 CRM Developer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software components and services that empower customers to optimize their business processes. Your work will involve leveraging cutting-edge technologies and making data-driven decisions to meet customer needs effectively.
Location:
Candidates must be within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Raleigh, NC or willing to relocate. Travel to project locations may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, test, and maintain software solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem.
- Customize and develop solutions using C#, .NET, and Dynamics 365 frameworks.
- Leverage Azure technologies for implementing apps, services, APIs, and data integration.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to robust software engineering practices, including testing, debugging, and optimization.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, driving investigations to successful conclusions.
- Interact with clients effectively to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions.
- Collaborate in a global delivery environment and work independently or in team settings as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for each year of education.
- 4+ years of experience with D365 CE (Customer Engagement) and familiarity with Azure Implementations for apps, services, APIs, and data.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and Dynamics 365 customizations.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering practices.
- Proven ability to plan, schedule, and deliver quality software solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Exceptional client interaction and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience with creating detailed requirement specifications based on architecture/design processes.
- Solid collaboration skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to make critical decisions independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Effective communication through telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
