Take the lead on financial reporting for current development projects and existing buildings, providing accurate financials to leadership each month and quarter
Provide financial analysis on project profitability and communicate with leadership team to illustrate how the business is performing

Leverage your expertise with Microsoft Excel to automate processes and provide insights into the business
