PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The X-Stack Program is an immersive and comprehensive learning experience tailored for Java, Front-End, and JavaScript Juniors developers seeking to expand their skillsets and excel in future full-stack development.
Through a series of in-depth learning modules and mentors, learners will explore the essential technologies and frameworks required for end-to-end application development.
The complete learning path of the X-Stack program consists of three major areas:
JavaScript Skills, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering Excellence
Cloud for developers
Front-End Essentials for developers
Who can join the program?
The X-Stack Program is designed for juniors’ developers who have a strong foundational understanding of programming concepts and skills and some experience in a programming language of choice. This program is open for everyone in the country, you can collaborate remotely and from our delivery centers in Mexico.
Upon completion
The X-Stack program, participants will possess the required knowledge and skills to develop modern, secure, and scalable full-stack applications using Java, .NET, and JS front-end technologies.
Graduates will be well-prepared for success in the competitive full-stack development.
Program duration is about 2-5 months, depends on technical interview results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively participate in a formal education program
Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions on time
Participate in practical tasks like executing test scripts, reporting results, setting up test environments
Utilize cutting-edge technologies to enhance your skills
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript)
Understanding of web application development and RESTful APIs
English communication skills at B1+ level
Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week)
Motivation and eagerness to learn and grow with new technologies
NOTE:
We welcome applicants from all industries and educational backgrounds who comply with requirements above.
NICE TO HAVE
Familiarity with Front-End frameworks like Angular, React, or Node.js would be a plus
Basic knowledge of SQL/NoSQL database
Understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Former projects, work experience or pet projects would be a plus (JavaScript, Angular, React and Node.js)

If I do not get selected for this program, can I apply again in the future?
Yes, you can apply again to the program after six months
If I do not get selected for this program, can I apply again in the future to another position or program?
Yes, you can apply again to any open role at EPAM after six months
Will I get a salary increase after the first 3-month training?
No. For all EPAMers, salary increases are decided once a year during our Compensation Campaign
Will I get a promotion after the first 3-month training?
No, after you’ve have spent some time in your role you can apply for an assessment to try to get a promotion. This process is standard for all EPAmers
Does EPAM sponsor relocation to Guadalajara for this role?
No, relocation is only considered when it is crucial for a role. Since this opportunity is mostly remote, it is not required nor covered by EPAM
Can I be in two selection processes at the same time?
No, it’s needed you finish one selection process before starting another one for a different training program
Can I change my primary technology when the program ends?
No, if you successfully pass the training, we will look for projects on the technology you were trained in
Can I apply for one of the training programs if I’m currently studying at an online university?
Yes, if you can work a full 8-hour shift per day, you are eligible
I’m not sure this is for me, but I know someone who might be interested. Can I refer them?
