job summary:
Subscriptions Product team within is responsible for building and maintaining complex software systems that caters to the needs of subscriptions services including but not limited. Subscriptions is a vital part of company’s business model and its strategy for growing meaningful customer relationships. Our team supports a substantial existing line of plans and subscriptions and is moving toward a modular, modern, platform to support existing and new opportunities within paid membership, service plans, streaming and software subscriptions spaces.

responsibilities:
– Working directly with business partners (internal and external) to fully understand their business problems and use that understanding to drive the Subscriptions platform priorities and delivery
– Be able to clearly articulate goals and outcomes
– Create and drive a roadmap that will show how business continuity will be maintained while propelling the business into a better way of billing subscriptions
– Partner with individuals and influence without authority in order to get objectives met
– Drive a culture of innovation and Build, Measure, Learn cycle in the team
– Meeting with key stakeholders, listening to and understanding customer feedback, and responding to product suggestions
– Define and track key performance indicators to measure success of subscription billing features
– Define and document product epics and stories, and manage a healthy prioritized backlog
– Collaborate and partner with the engineering team to ensure story content is understood; the need, value, acceptance criteria are clear and complete
– Actively participate and/or lead in squad ceremonies
– Drive resolution of requirements clarifications between engineering team, other technology teams and business stakeholders
– Accountable for what is delivered and can demonstrate and communicate with stakeholders that their needs are being met
