SAP SuccessFactors Story Report Developer

ERP SAVVY are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Story Report Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining story reports within the SAP SuccessFactors platform to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Reports: Create and design story reports using SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, incorporating charts, visualizations, text, and images.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate data integration and representation in reports.
• Customization: Tailor reports to meet specific business requirements, including adding and configuring tables, charts, and other elements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and other departments to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Optimization: Utilize the Optimized Design Experience (ODE) for enhanced report design and functionality.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to report generation and data accuracy.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of report designs, configurations, and any changes made.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in People Analytics and Story Reports. Knowledge of data modeling and SQL is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Additional Skills: Experience with agile methodologies and working in multinational project environments is beneficial.
